I RNG but I do not own an AR, so all of my pokes are extremely hard to get and are worth 2 of your Pokemon (unless I think your Pokemon are worth equal value). I will get my Dialga cloned. Mattj's awesome Mewtwo is definitely equal to my Dialga, that's all I ask :)
Yes, you can trade it to someone, but THAT person can not trade it to anyone.

Anyone can RNG! There are several guides here on Smogon :D
I would prefer a partner who can RNG, let me know if you have learned!

Hey zach, where'd you learn to RNG the pokewalker, and is there a guide for it?

Actually, I found scattered pieces of information around the internet.
Each time you capture a pokemon, the frame advances by two. Capture one pokemon, it's frame one, capture two pokemon, it's frame three, capture three, it's frame five. All you have to do is then start the DS at the correct time(It's always the same for each nature), by the second, and select "Receive gift." DO NOT select return from stroll.

For a list of times to start at, this should work.

E: Just noticed that you want it hatched in Wayward Cave... I do not know my SID in my Diamond or Platinum version. So if shininess is more important than hatch location, please pick something in Johto/Kanto, otherwise I can't guarantee that it will be shiny. If you can't think of another location, I can use my default hatch location (Team Rocket HQ). Up to you.
